🔧 Duties and Responsibilities

As a Graphic & Motion Designer at Drongo Technology, your mission will be to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling that inspires and connects with audiences. You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially marketing and branding—to conceptualize and execute designs.

• Design marketing materials for both digital and print, including:

  • Social media graphics

  • Email newsletters

  • Brochures

  • Banners

  • Motion videos and animations

• Maintain and evolve the brand identity through consistent visual assets and updated templates.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and digital innovation to ensure our visuals remain cutting-edge.

🛠️ Required Skills and Experience

We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role, who are ready to hit the ground running and contribute immediately. The right candidate should possess:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • Premiere Pro

  • After Effects

• A creative portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and motion design.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, balance, and layout.
