Position 2: Junior Personal Record Officer

Job Overview
The Junior Personal Record Officer is responsible for managing, updating, and safeguarding personnel records in alignment with the bank’s policies and regulatory obligations. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, discretion, and an in-depth understanding of human resources documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and archive employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for HR management and regulatory submissions.
