Any discrepancies must be promptly identified and reported, ensuring that only high-quality products enter our inventory.

Effective Stock Control and Storage Practices

The role requires strict stock control measures to maintain accurate records of inventory levels. You will handle, label, and store pharmaceuticals properly, adhering to guidelines that preserve product integrity and prevent contamination. Temperature-sensitive items will be monitored closely to ensure storage conditions comply with safety standards.

Dispensing Medications and Providing Expert Advice

Technical Officers are entrusted with dispensing medications to authorized personnel or customers. This process must be conducted with precision to avoid errors in dosage or prescription fulfillment. Additionally, you will provide clear guidance on the proper use of medications, contraindications, and potential side effects, demonstrating our commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Recording, Receiving, and Issuing Supplies
