As a Digital Channel Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s digital landscape. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the bank’s digital platforms, including mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, ATM services, and more. 🎓 Required Educational Background and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification:
    BSc or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.

  • Work Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role, with at least 1 year as a Junior Card Banking Officer or in a similar capacity.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of digital banking systems

    • Familiarity with core banking integration

    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles

    • Knowledge in card management systems and channel applications

1. Channel Optimization and Development

  • Enhance and manage all electronic banking platforms (ATM, POS, Mobile App, USSD, Internet Banking)
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors for platform upgrades and issue resolution

2. Digital Strategy Implementation

  • Support the formulation and implementation of digital transformation strategies
