Job Position: Senior Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer who possesses a strong background in marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. This role demands exceptional strategic thinking and a proactive approach to drive the company’s vision forward.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education:

  • Master’s Degree (M.A.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years (M.A.) or 6 years (B.A.) of progressive experience in marketing and sales positions within reputable organizations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and promote services.
• Design marketing and sales policies that guide operational practices.

Market Development and Research

• Identify, analyze, and exploit emerging market opportunities to ensure sustained business growth.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to assess demand for new services, study competitors, and understand market dynamics.
• Gather insights to optimize products and tailor marketing approaches effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure superior customer engagement, responding promptly to inquiries and providing expert advice on the company’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

Campaign Management and Promotion

• Develop and manage innovative advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Collaboration and Coordination
