🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant business-related disciplines.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in Sales and Marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • License: Must hold a valid Auto/Dry 1 driver’s license.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving volume and revenue growth by leading and optimizing the performance of your assigned sales team. 📋 Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Management

  • Monitor daily sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.

2. Team Leadership & Coaching

3. Trade Execution & Outlet Development

4. Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis

  • Lead the planning and rollout of promotional campaigns aligned with national and regional strategies.

  • Utilize customer and market data to make data-driven decisions that optimize route-to-market models.

5. Quality & Compliance Assurance

  • Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage trade replacements, damaged goods, and returned stock processes efficiently.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Engage directly with key accounts, store owners, and business partners to develop customer-specific business plans.
  • Solve customer issues proactively and build long-term, value-driven relationships.
