🎯 Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Š Program Management

  • Develop and manage quarterly and annual work plans.
  • Oversee implementation of program activities including medical support, child education, and elderly care.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.

🀝 Partnership & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies like the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, Tikur Anbessa Hospital, civil society organizations (CSOs), and schools.
  • Draft and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Represent the foundation in policy dialogues and national forums.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budgets.
  • Ensure cost-effective implementation and resolve budget variances.

πŸ“š Education

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.

⏳ Experience

  • Minimum 5 years (with Master's) or 7 years (with Bachelor’s) of experience in project coordination.
  • Prior experience in multi-sectoral programming (health, education, social protection) is a plus.
  • Experience in donor engagement and grant writing is highly desirable.
