Position Summary: Subject Teachers
We are seeking dynamic Subject Teachers across multiple disciplines including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Teachers will develop and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, integrating strategies that address the varied needs of learners with and without disabilities. This is an ideal opportunity for both fresh graduates and early-career educators passionate about child-centered instruction and inclusive methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development and Delivery
Craft engaging lesson plans aligned to Ethiopian educational standards while incorporating differentiated instruction for diverse learners. Lessons must balance academic content with activities designed to develop social and life skills. -
Inclusive Classroom Practices
Create safe, nurturing spaces where students of all abilities feel valued. Utilize multimedia tools, visual aids, and adaptive technology to enhance understanding and participation. -
Individualized Support
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring specific accommodations. Offer one-on-one guidance and track academic and behavioral progress meticulously. -
Family and Community Engagement
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on progress and collaborating to reinforce learning objectives at home. -
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams
Work alongside special education specialists, therapists, and administrators to deliver holistic support that addresses both educational and developmental needs. -
Classroom Management
Apply evidence-based strategies to cultivate positive behavior, establish routines, and resolve conflicts constructively.
Essential Qualifications

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies. Candidates with degrees in Education or Special Needs Education are strongly encouraged to apply. -
Experience Level
No prior classroom experience required. Fresh graduates with a passion for inclusive learning are welcome. -
